By accessing or using MyGen3D ("Service", "Platform"), operated by MyGen3D ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users and visitors of the Platform. By creating an account or purchasing credits, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
MyGen3D is a 3D reconstruction service that converts your photos, video, or LiDAR scans into interactive 3D models you can view in your browser and use in your own projects. The Platform enables you to:
The Service operates on a credit system. MyGen3D is a creation and hosting tool — credit purchases are processed through KG Inicis (via PortOne).
To generate models or purchase credits, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at mygen3d@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to other users or the Platform.
You retain all rights to the photos, video, and scan data you upload ("Inputs"). You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use your Inputs, and that they do not infringe the rights of any third party.
The 3D models generated from your Inputs belong to you. You may use them for personal and commercial purposes, including websites, games, digital twins, visualization projects, and metaverse or AR/VR applications. — subject to these Terms and applicable law.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your Inputs and generated models solely to operate the Service (generation, hosting, and web viewing).
You are solely responsible for how you use your generated models and for ensuring that your Inputs and outputs comply with all applicable laws and third-party rights.
If you choose to publish a model to the public Gallery, you grant MyGen3D a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and host that model within the Platform within the Platform. You may remove your model from the Gallery at any time. Publishing to the Gallery does not transfer ownership of your model.
The MyGen3D name, logo, website design, and AI generation technology are owned by MyGen3D and protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of your Inputs and the models generated from them. By using the Service, you grant us only the limited licenses described in Sections 4 and 5.
If you believe content on MyGen3D infringes your copyright, please contact us at mygen3d@gmail.com with details of the claimed infringement. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
The Service operates on a credit system. Credits are used for 3D generation, storage, hosting, and optional format exports. The credit cost of each action and current credit prices are shown before you confirm.
Credit purchases are processed by KG Inicis via PortOne. MyGen3D is the merchant of record for these transactions.
Korean domestic: Where offered, domestic payments may be processed by Toss Payments Co., Ltd.
Prices are displayed in Korean won (KRW) and include any applicable taxes where required by law.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. 3D generation quality depends on the quality of your Inputs. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that generated models will meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyGen3D's total liability to any user shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate the account at any time. Upon termination: your uploaded Inputs and generated models hosted on the Platform may be deleted within 30 days; unused credits are handled under our Refund Policy and are otherwise non-refundable. You are responsible for downloading any models you wish to keep before termination.
Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through MyGen3D's support team.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or a notice on the Platform at least 30 days before the effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
